I had a lip blush treatment over a year ago in the hope of lightening my pigmented lips, but the therapist not only failed to deliver the outcome I was looking for, but she also damaged my lips. She was so heavy handed and overstretched my lips that they ripped leaving me with extremely swollen and sore lips for a couple of weeks. To top it up, my lips did not lighten one little bit when they healed, but got darker instead, which caused me anxiety. Upon my consultation with Joanna, she pointed out what shouldn't have occurred during and after that lipblush treatment and I was blown away with her knowledge about lipblushing procedures, including treating dark lips. I can honestly say that I was very fortunate to have Joanna as a caring artist equipped with her expertise to help me get rid of my dark lips which was affecting my self confidence and causing me a lot of time and money trying to cover them on a daily busy life. She explained to me that this kind of treatment can take a few session to achieve my desired outcome, but I am already extatic with the result of the first session that I could not wait for the next stage of my procedure. She also explained the limitations of the treatment, the risks of not benefitting from it if I fail to follow the preparation protocols and aftercare advise she verbally explained and provided on a step by step card to follow after my treatment. I highly recommend this unassuming well trained and qualified professional. I'm really impressed that she's been trained and certified by the best trainers in the industry from UK, Canada and USA.
